We like to take focus on four key areas when we begin tackling a problem for a business. We believe that every great idea, team, or business that has ever existed was built upon a world class culture, a refined concept, an expertly crafted build, and then a well thought out launch. We call this Culture, Concept, Build, and Flight and we want to help you bring your ideas to life utilizing these key areas.
Culture
We do teams differently…
At Zooky we believe that at the core of every great business is a great team. Whether you already have the best team in the wold or you’re still wearing name tags around the office, we will dive deeper into each team member to see what makes them tick. Think of it like building a football team. You need to make sure you have the right members of the team to get the job done. A team full of quarterbacks can’t win a football game.
Our goal is to help you find each member of your team’s ideal position and then help them succeed. We generally build teams of hustlers, designers, hackers, and marketers built around complementing one another. It’s not an exact science but having unique insights into each individual team member and how they work best as a team can be the difference between winning and losing.
Concept
Untangle the problem…
In order to properly conceptualize a solution you must first identify the problem. To arrive at the problem we at Zooky think it is important to identify your why. Why do people have this problem? Why is this problem occurring? Why aren’t people doing more to solve the problem?
Questions like these help us determine the root of the problem and then work towards an actionable solution. By focusing on the why we are able to determine who has this problem, what the problem truly is and then how to solve it. We work from the why to find that Zooky moment where everything collides.
Build
Wiring up a solution…
We take a layered approach to finding a solution for your problem. We will help you get through multiple iterations and testing in order to truly finalize and build out your solution. Zooky is able to fast track quick solutions in order to get from what we call “layer 1 to layer 5” as quickly as possible.
Speed doesn’t necessarily mean accuracy and we will never cut corners. We obsess over each layer of a problem in order to ensure that not only did we wire up an actionable solution but we wired it up in the right way in order to avoid tangled messes in the future. Let’s untangle it once and then wire it up for good and keep moving the ball down the field.
Flight

Let’s discuss how we can properly bring your new vision to market. Undergoing intensive customer discovery is one of our secret sauces and it will help us hone in on our who and inform how we proceed forward.
